Peace Resources

In these troubling days, our songs for children about peace and justice, resolving conflicts, and being a global family are more important than ever. These Peace Resources are intended as a place on our website for anyone to visit. It is here to help us all move forward with hope and tools for singing and action as we search for ways to talk to the children in our lives about what’s happening in our world. 

CMN has a rich pool of singers and songwriters in our midst, and these listings are intended to be an ongoing “well” for anyone to dip into for song ideas as we put together programs, classes and concerts in schools and settings across the country. The songs included here have either been written by Children’s Music Network members or are songs from other songwriters that are recommended by a CMN member. It will be updated regularly and frequently, so check it out often for new ideas! If you are a member of CMN, you are invited to list some of your songs on these themes here (click here to download form).
